若您收到自稱為本公司集團飯店發送的電子郵件或訊息（WhatsApp、SMS、電子郵件等），且內容包含下列任一資訊，可能是誘導至釣魚網站或嘗試進行未經授權的存取。請勿點擊郵件內的任何網址或開啟附件，並請儘速刪除該訊息。
「您不認識的內容」
「要求重新輸入預訂資訊」
「要求輸入信用卡資訊」等
本集團旗下飯店絕不會透過此類訊息向客戶索取信用卡號碼或要求付款。
（何謂網路釣魚詐騙）
釣魚詐騙係指透過偽造寄件者身分發送電子郵件，並將受害者導引至假冒網站，以盜取信用卡號碼或帳戶資訊（使用者ID、密碼等）等敏感資料之行為。

近日，我們確認有可疑訊息冒充本飯店或 Booking.com 發送。這些訊息透過 WhatsApp 等通訊軟體傳送，內容可能包含會將您導向惡意釣魚網站（詐騙網站）之不法網址或連結。本飯店及 Booking.com 絕不會透過 WhatsApp 等通訊軟體，直接向貴賓發送有關訂房內容或信用卡資訊之聯絡訊息。倘若您收到此類可疑訊息，為避免詐騙，懇請切勿點擊訊息中所記載之網址或連結。
