To help protect the global environment, we implement “Eco-Cleaning” for guests staying multiple nights, with your understanding and cooperation. By reducing energy consumption associated with cleaning services, we aim to work together with our guests to lower CO2 emissions.
However, “Full Cleaning” services are also available upon request.

At WHG Hotels, we provide toothbrushes, razors, and folding hairbrushes made from 100% biomass-derived, biodegradable biopolymers that decompose even in seawater.
We have also set up an amenity bar in the lobby where guests can pick up only the specific disposable amenities they need for their stay.
From the hotel entrance to the guest rooms, the entire building is flat and accessible.
In addition, universal rooms are available, service dogs are allowed in the building, and wheelchairs are available for rent.
As part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste, we have discontinued the practice of providing complimentary bottled mineral water in guest rooms and have instead installed purified water dispensers on each guest room floor.
WHG Hotels supports the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in its mission to eradicate hunger and poverty and is participating in the “Red Cup Campaign” through its original coffee. A portion of the proceeds from this product is donated to underprivileged children suffering from hunger.
We are contributing to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by installing LED lighting in all guest rooms and actively implementing energy-saving measures in back-of-house areas.
We encourage a paperless workplace by digitizing our paper documents, and by reusing scrap papers.
Through this initiative, we are helping to reduce deforestation, improve operational efficiency, and reduce global warming.
