[IMPORTANT INFORMATION]ABOUT MOBILE BATTERY USE

There have been increasing reports of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire, both in Japan and overseas. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms, as outlined below:
* Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you are away from the room.
* When charging portable electronic devices using a mobile battery, or when charging the mobile battery using an in-room power outlet, please avoid placing it near windows with direct sunlight or on flammable surfaces such as beds and sheets.
* To minimize the risk of fire or malfunction, please use mobile batteries only in locations where you can regularly monitor their condition.
If any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning while you are staying with us, our staff may, for safety reasons, move the mobile battery to another location or stop the charging process.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
