若您收到自稱為本公司集團飯店發送的電子郵件或訊息（WhatsApp、SMS、電子郵件等），且內容包含下列任一資訊，可能是誘導至釣魚網站或嘗試進行未經授權的存取。請勿點擊郵件內的任何網址或開啟附件，並請儘速刪除該訊息。
「您不認識的內容」
「要求重新輸入預訂資訊」
「要求輸入信用卡資訊」等
本集團旗下飯店絕不會透過此類訊息向客戶索取信用卡號碼或要求付款。
（何謂網路釣魚詐騙）
釣魚詐騙係指透過偽造寄件者身分發送電子郵件，並將受害者導引至假冒網站，以盜取信用卡號碼或帳戶資訊（使用者ID、密碼等）等敏感資料之行為。

本饭店及 Booking.com 绝不会通过 WhatsApp 等通讯软件，直接向贵宾发送有关订房内容或信用卡资讯之联络讯息。倘若您收到此类可疑讯息，为避免诈骗，恳请切勿点击讯息中所记载之网址或链接。
